Donsson axial seal elements offer advantages vs other brands in the market. In manufacturing process, sub-assembly (paper and metal mesh bodies) sinks in Polyurtehane liquid conforming a Double-density compound that gives total tightness, ensuring engine protection. We are the only one  colombian company using this technology.

RADIAL SEAL AIR FILTER ELEMENTS

Radial Seal air filters are made with a technology that has a lot of benefits to the owner of equipment and maintenance personnel. They are easy to install, just a slight pressure is needed for the filter to perfectly fit around the ring shape sealing surface. Filter's elastic open-end expands and embraces that ring generating an airtight sealing that protects against dust, and ensures long engine life. We are experts in the use of polyurethane and the design of moulds so that the sealing is kept during the whole life of filter.

DISPOSABLE HOUSING AIR FILTERS

Disposable housing Air Filters integrate element and housing in one piece, using polyurethane technology. This kind of filter eases service and replacement, and are most commonly used for Generator sets.  We produce more than 20 numbers of these, with different inlets and sizes.

PREFILTROS Y CARCASAS

Los prefiltros de Aire DONSSON para motores estan diseñados para ser conectados antes de la entrada del filtro de aire de un motor diesel o gasolina sometido a extremas condiciones de contaminación. Sus aplicaciones incluyen: maquinaria agrícola, equipos de movimiento de tierra, construcción y minería, motores estacionarios, grupos electrógenos, camiones, camionetas, equipos para manipulación de materiales, barredoras de calles, entre otros.

Los prefiltros son auto-propulsados y auto-limpiantes, no requieren energía eléctrica ni conexiones con el sistema de escape para realizar la separación de partículas contaminantes. No necesitan mantenimiento alguno; ocasionalmente deberían ser inspeccionados de forma visual para asegurarse que ningún cuerpo extraño este obstruyendo el área de ingreso del aire a las ranuras de descarga.

El sistema de refrigeración de un equipo está desarrollado para eliminar el calor excesivo producido por el motor y a su vez, mantener la temperatura ideal de trabajo del mismo de aproximadamente 90°C. El sistema de refrigeración tiene la misión de transportar o ceder hacia un medio refrigerante, todo el calor producido por la combustión de la mezcla y la fricción generada entre las partes metálicas del motor. La temperatura en un motor puede llegar a los 3000°C en la cámara de combustión.

El agua es el refrigerante universal por excelencia, pero en el caso de los motores si se aplica directamente del grifo o de la naturaleza, ya sea pura o mezclada con refrigerantes, su uso suele ser contraproducente tanto para componentes metálicos, de caucho y otros.
